Nexec Leaders briefed GROUND to work with them on positioning them as innovative and focussed on gender diversity in the Tech Exec Search space. Head-hunters like estate agents often suffer from a negative response from their target audiences. Building a brand and proposition that softened the response was vital to Nexec Leaders in opening doors for their B2B sales activity and when researching potential candidates.

Nexec also needed to give a clear message to emergent Tech businesses that they are well connected and able to help them grow their businesses successfully Internationally. Demonstrating that they actively contribute in the Tech community especially for Women in Technology - a growth market for them, was also key.

GROUND focussed on building the brand profile by defining the value proposition and positioning. We inherited a logo that was difficult to read with colours that did not say ‘Tech’ and had also not been further developed into a brand blueprint. We refreshed and developed the brand graphics and image attributes for on and offline use, giving Nexec a fresh Tech focussed brand.

We developed their web site and copy and set the direction for news article content that would deliver the right message to their potential clients and candidates to show a capacity to:- deliver Internationally, deliver top talent in response to searches, engage with the communities that matter.

Nexec also sponsored the Signature event activity of TLA WomenInTech at the House of Lords and LSEx. We ensured the maximum leverage of assets for lead generation opportunities. They extended exclusive Invitations to VIP customers and generated extensive brand awareness to the invited audience of CEO’s and directly to the TLA WomenInTech 1500 strong community in social and email campaigns.
