Tyche had been operating in trading name only. Their CEO Nikki Watkins was delivering Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Programmes as a retained provider and as a direct service to customers. Tyche wished to move away from operating on retention to a more profitable business model by building more of their own client base and to work with associates in the delivery of programmes. Establishing Tyche as a recognisable brand and business and Nikki as a thought leader would be key to engaging with the Medium/Larger Business target market.

GROUND offer a Fully Managed service to TYCHE LEADERSHIP CONSULTING LTD.

Initially we were engaged to review the current business model in terms of the focus of the service offering to ensure the most profitable returns were delivered, and to create a marketing plan for positioning Tyche Leadership Consulting as cutting edge in their field.

Although Tyche was already trading, GROUND treated them as a start-up business as all elements of the marketing mix needed addressing.

The approach needed to be a practical one, as with all business, budget plays a key part in the determination of activity proposed.

GROUND focussed on building the brand profile by defining the value proposition, target audience and the service offering. We created an innovative brand identity with bespoke graphics and built the brochure website which includes updated created/curated article resources for customers. To promote a key service offering we utilised a Paid LinkedIn campaign. To further promote the service offering and Nikki as a thought leader we developed the in-bound content strategy focussing on key media, blogging, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Business Leaders that want to grow areas of their business that are profitable and that more importantly, they love delivering, will find it beneficial to look at the emphasis placed on that element in their campaigning and online presence. If your potential and existing customers don’t know it’s on offer it is unlikely that you will see growth in that area.
